What Do You Think of a Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Tourney Mode?
August 1, 2015 - Super Smash Bros
Playing by Nintendo’s rules
This week brought some sparkling news for Super Smash Bros. fans, with both current-gen versions getting updated to chronicle 1.1.0. That meant paid DLC in both versions, though on Wii U also delivered YouTube replay uploads and online Tourneys. We know how a Tourneys work and have been competing online, though there are doubt outlines over either it’s a mode that fans truly wanted.
Reaction online has been clearly churned – on a one palm we have a mode that has been in direct for some time, though a restrictions aren’t all welcome. Knockout movement is singular to unchanging tournaments, and these central contests are also a usually place for rival 1v1 action; such is a recognition of 1v1 For Glory Regular Tourneys that removing into one requires good fitness and a satisfactory bit of waiting, as usually a handful of events run on 5-minute intervals. Custom Tourneys, on a other hand, are identical in structure to village tournaments in Mario Kart 8.
Of course, complaints are mostly voiced some-more vocally online than still approval, so we wish to know what we make of a Tourney mode in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
Let us know in a polls and comments territory next – are we happy with a new arrival, underwhelmed or officious angry?
